– Before Course Commencement: A full refund will be provided if a request is made within 7 days after payment and before the course begins.
– After Course Commencement: No refunds will be issued once the course has started, except in cases where technical issues or instructor absence have significantly disrupted the course delivery.
– Exceptional Cases: In cases of medical emergencies or other unforeseen circumstances, refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
3. Refund Process
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@elpindia.com with proof of payment and a detailed explanation for the request. Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 10 business days.
4. Non-Refundable Fees

5. Course Cancellations by Education Learning Partners
In the event that Education Learning Partners cancels a course due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be provided to all enrolled participants.
